Meals at Copley
Copley has adopted a
Biometric Cashless Cafeteria System. Please click here to
download information about this new system of the
Cashless Cafeteria at Copley High School.
|
 |
The school canteen
opens for breakfast service at 8.00am. Pupils can buy toast, warm
drinks, smoothies and also
fruit juices. During
morning break the canteen is also open for pupils to purchase toasted
teacakes too.

|
|
Lunchtime begins at
12.15 sharp. Pupils form an orderly queue and are supervised by a member
of the teaching staff. Bells ring to let Year Groups know when it is
their Year Groups' turn for lunch.
 |

If you attend a
special lunchtime activity such as the choir practice or have a music
lesson, your teacher will give you an early lunch pass. |
|
Pupils must show
their Copley Club card to join their Year group queue. If they do not have
their card - they have to wait until the end of the queue. |

|
|
 |
For pupils who don't wish
to queue, we have a system called 'Grab a Bag' where pupils can purchase a
pre-packed lunch which may contain a sandwich, drink, and fruit etc.
There are also vending machines where pupils may purchase sandwiches,
drinks and fruit. Pupils may also bring in their own packed-lunch and sit in the canteen to
eat - as soon as lunch begins. |

There is a wide selection
of food available and at Copley we are proud to provide a wide variety
every day. We have adopted a Healthy Eating Policy at Copley High and
healthy options such as baked potatoes with various fillings, salads and
pastas are popular. |
A
large majority of all our foods are prepared and cooked directly in our own
kitchens. Click on the thumbnail images to view full size.
