Resistant Materials has three rooms, which have been refurbished to a very high standard. All the rooms contain tools and machinery for working with wood, metal and plastic. One is also equipped for electronics. Control technology is taught in the adjacent computer suite. 

Graphics is in intergral part of the designing and making process and is taught to all pupils. Two totally equipped drawing rooms with new drafting tables and specialist graphics equipment are available to pupils.

Food Technology is taught in two modern well-equipped kitchens with current models of gas, electric and microwave cookers. In addition the rooms contain dishwashers, washing machines and computers.
